Utah Winter Faire Market Vendor Payment for Booth Spaces

Well-met, vendors! We are excited for you to join our Utah Winter Faire Family.

Welcome to our fête. The 10x10ish booth space (standard) is $275. In addition to payment, please complete the UWF 2026 Vendor Acceptance, Registration, and Payment form. Once payment and form are complete; you will assigned a vendor location, with exact dimensions, within one week.*

Boring, but necessary, rules on payment:
Payment is due, in full, within one week of A Charmed Life SLC's/We Geek Together's sending the acceptance e-mail with said payment portal attached. Payments are to be received no later than November 4, except in circumstances where acceptance is given after said date.
Receipt of both form and full payment will be seen as a contract to vend at the Utah Winter Faire Market, except in cases of force majeure (fire, wind, transmutation, etc.).
A Charmed Life SLC/We Geek Together are not a soulless entity and will consider special situations as they arise, but only up to and including one month before the event (November 4) for purposes of refund. Said return of said vendor fee is as refundable as banks and payment-processing companies permit their guilds to ensure.

*One week is guaranteed if no further logistical surprises limit the planners' ability to update communications.
