Shipping policy

In-stock items, including lightsabers, ship from our Provo, Utah warehouse and usually leave within one business day. US delivery by USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground is typically 2-5 business days, and 1-2 days in Utah and the neighbouring states. Free in-store pickup at our Provo and Sandy stores is normally ready the same day. We do not drop-ship from overseas.

All purchased products will be shipped within 2 weeks of approved shipping times, in the case of products with a set public release date --especially trading cards, books, or other limited-release items.
Exceptions include, but are not limited to, purchases that must be drop-shipped due to lack of current stock; delays in raw materials for in-house manufactured items; and unforeseen shipping delays due to strikes, international piracy, etc.
