Conclash IV Vendor Payment for 6x20 (Double) Booth Space

Greetings, fabled equippers of Conclash adventurers!

Welcome to our party. As advertised, the 6x20ish booth space (double) is $500. In addition to payment, please complete the Vendor Acceptance, Registration, and Payment: Conclash IV, May 15-16, 2026 form. Once payment and form are complete; you will assigned a vendor location, with exact dimensions, within one week.*

Boring, but necessary, rules on payment:
Payment is due, in full, within one week of We Geek Together's sending the acceptance e-mail with said payment portal attached. Receipt of both form and full payment will be seen as a contract to vend at Conclash IV, whether circumstances (fire, wind, transmutation, etc.) change.
We Geek Together is not a soulless entity and will consider special situations as they arise, but only up to and including one month before the event (April 16) for purposes of refund. Said return of said vendor fee is as refundable as banks and payment-processing companies permit their guilds to ensure.

*One week is guaranteed if no further logistical surprises limit the planners' ability to update communications.
